This artwork is an abstraction of the woman form, a curves-inspired angular piece of functional sculpture. The bullet shells congregated at the “crotch” of the pedestal illuminate the endurance in the face of abuse that the most demarcating, most powerful, pleasureful and life-symbolic part of a woman’s body represents. The color scheme alludes to the vast shades of the human race.
